An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious employment solicitor to join one of the leading employment teams in the UK.

The team regularly works on cutting edge claims, projects and corporate transactions for a variety of blue chip corporates and financial institutions, with an increasing international dynamic. The team also regularly advises clients in relation to executive level employment law issues such as senior level recruitment and termination, executive compensation arrangements, bonus claims, team moves and enforcement of restrictive covenants. Within the Financial Services sector, they advise on a variety of these issues against the backdrop of the wider FCA regulatory regime and the team is also trusted advisor to a number of leading FTSE blue chip organisations (both in the UK and internationally).

The successful candidate will already be operating as a senior lawyer in a team with significant experience, gained from a large City or international firm, of cross-border matters, restructuring and redundancy, complex grievances at a senior level including discrimination and whistle blowing complaints and senior executive/board room issues. The role will also involve the management of complex or high value and High Court litigation.

You will also have a demonstrable track record in developing business, managing client relationships and supervising junior colleagues.
