Significant expansion both in London and across Europe, has found this US headquartered, Top 20 Global law firm with a sizable London office and a significant European network. Oddly, in spite of its top-rated directory approbations in the US - ranging from securities litigation and intentional arbitration to white collar crime investigations and general commercial disputes, the firm does not yet have a dedicated disputes offering in London.
The firm has now prioritised the launching of a European disputes team and is looking to make a first-time appointment of an international commercial disputes partner/ team to form the nucleus and spearhead the growth of what, with its support, it intends to be a leading commercial disputes/ litigation powerhouse.
