Job Details
My client is a top tier investment bank looking to hire a commodities lawyer on an initial contract basis.
The role will be focused on providing legal support to the Commodities desk. Key responsibilities will include -
- hub and exchange membership
- drafting confirmations
- responding to legal queries relating to ISDA and EFET negotiations
- advising on and supporting the execution of structured commodities transactions.
A good candidate should have at least 4 years relevant post qualification experience for a top city law firm or reputable in-house institution.
