The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate into their Chelmsford office, Essex.

You will work on a typical range of Corporate Commercial matters such as: Commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, general corporate transactional work, terms of sale and purchase, joint ventures, insolvency and corporate finance. The clients will depend on the individual hired and their strengths in business development and marketing, so this is a real chance to work in a broad range of sectors or chase an area in which you have always been passionate about. The team are spectacular at what they do, so benefit from referrals and work of mouth.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Solicitor or Associate with a minimum of 4 years PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of Corporate & Commercial matters
• You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
• Salary is competitive, based upon experience
