IP LITIGATION (5PQE+) LEADING UK FIRM - CAMBRIDGE

This full service UK firm has a well established and highly recognised Cambridge office, which includes a respected and growing IP Practice.

Continuing to expand, the IP Team is currently looking to hire an experienced lawyer to join at Senior Associate level. The individual will predominantly focus on contentious matters, which will include both patent and soft IP litigation, including trade mark and copyright disputes.

Whilst this will be the main focus of the role, there will also be scope to gain involvement in non-contentious matters, including complex IP contractual arrangements, IP licensing deals and R&D collaboration arrangements.

This position would suit an experienced IP lawyer who is looking work closer to home in Cambridge, without having to compromise the quality of work and prestige of firm. He or she will also benefit from good progression prospects in the medium term.
