Following significant growth and further projected growth, our client, a global powerhouse, is currently seeking an experienced construction litigation associate to join their market leading team in Manchester. With top tier rankings in Chambers, Legal 500 and Lex 100, this is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious firm with a significant international footprint and breadth of expertise.
THE ROLE
As a construction litigation associate for this firm you will be working alongside some of the most elite associates, partners and fee-earners in the industry. You will undertake an array of domestic and international contentious construction disputes avoidance, management and resolution in the infrastructure, construction and transport sectors, acting on behalf of a stellar client base that ranges from blue-chip companies to multi-national organisations.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be a proactive and innovative qualified solicitor or barrister who can demonstrate in-depth understanding of the litigation work withing infrastructure, construction & transport sectors. You will be able to evidence a strong academic track record as well as excellent communication, organisation and legal technical skills. Although there is no PQE requirements for this role, a minimum of 6 months' fee earning experience within a Top 50 firm is highly desirable.
