This law firm has been established over 30 years and has two offices, one based in Fulham and another based in Knightsbridge. They have a team of 30 members of staff and are well-known for the high level of service and good quality of work that they deal with. They have relationships with some of London's most high-end estate agents, HNW individuals, SME to national companies.

They punch well above their weight regarding work, demonstrated by their ability to secure huge contracts pitted against much larger firms. They have a friendly, dynamic and progressive culture. There is a family feel throughout the firm and now is an exciting time as they continue to grow.

This firm recently dealt with a class action which attracted media attention. You will find a culture where legal talent is nurtured and developed.

On the back of repeated success, they have opened equity in the firm and have recently attracted heavy hitting talent. This is an exciting time to be joining, with new work contracts secured, heavy hitting solicitors bringing work across.

The Role

The firm are looking to appoint a Residential Property Partner into their flourishing Knightsbridge, London office.

You will lead the conveyancing department and will work with the firms other Partners to drive the department forwards. You will trade under a trusted name that has deep roots in the local community. You will have the autonomy to make the role your own.

This roles comes with excellent prospects and would be a perfect stepping stone for a candidate perhaps working in a top-heavy firm seeking a route for career progression and even the potential for Senior Partnership.

You will work with many high-end estate agents and have a real variety of work making the role even more attractive. Your caseload will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

Requirements

  • You will be a Residential Property Partner / Senior Associate
  • You will have good business development experience and will be commercially minded
  • You should have a strong billing track record
  • A strong technical knowledge is essential
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, plus a lucrative bonus structure
