The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Partner into their Chelmsford office, Essex.

You will work on a range of Commercial Property matters, both contentious and non-contentious. The firm are expanding at a steady rate, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the commercial team. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as: acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant, investments, land development, secured lending and commercial leases.

The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic and business development skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern firm with a fresh outlook.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Partner with a minimum of 8 years PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of commercial property matters and a strong billings history
• You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
• You should have evidence of successful business development, with a transportable client base an advantage
• Salary is competitive, based upon experience
