IP Disputes Associate 4+ Years PQE

An award-winning international firm and an IP practice which is led by one of the industry's leaders is seeking an IP Associate to join their team to focus on contentious matters. The successful candidate will litigate copyright, trade mark, data licensing and technology disputes for clients in many sectors, which includes retailers, major brand owners, technology providers, designers and advertising agencies. You will also advise on non-contentious matters, to include international IP and IT projects. • Strong academics
• Ideally 4+ years PQE
