Job Details

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-award winning Legal 500 in their Cambridge office. They have one of the nicest office cultures I have come across compared to that of most practices of their size; they have a much more relaxed collaborative, and forward-thinking culture. There is a nice social aspect to working at the firm where you will work closely with the Dispute Resolution Partner meanwhile being supported by a comprehensive support network.

They invest heavily in their workforce and are very progressive, their learning and development programme is widely respected in the legal sector across East Anglia. You will benefit from being part of a cohesive and inclusive firm who thrive due to the "shared knowledge culture" they provide.

You will find Partners are accessible and there is a completely open-door policy who will help you to develop and progress within the firm.

The have several offices spread across East Anglia and Essex with ambitious expansion plans in place which is why they are now seeking an experienced Solicitor or Associate to join the Dispute Resolution team. The firm has a strong reputation across multiple industry sectors, clients range from private individuals and owner-managed businesses to large corporations and professional partnerships

As you will be working directly with the Dispute Resolution Partner there are excellent prospects on offer for you to progress as you will be instrumental for assisting the Partner in developing and growing this team further.

The Role

The firm are now seeking to hire a Dispute Resolution Associate into their expanding team based in their Cambridge office.

You will join an award-winning litigation team that is led by an experienced and enthusiastic Partner who is widely regarded as a leader in their field and is regularly recommended by clients for their approach, personality and outstanding expertise.

This is a varied Dispute Resolution role working on an enviable client base across multiple areas of disputes such as Property, Commercial Contracts, Insolvency, Shareholder disputes, Partnership disputes, Professional Negligence, and Contentious probate to name a few

The variety of the caseload will make for an interesting role which comes with unrivalled career prospects and development.

Requirements

  • You will be a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Associate with 4PQE+
  • You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
  • You will be ambitious to work alongside the Partner to further develop the team
  • This role comes with excellent prospects for career progression
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable and dependent on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package

This is a stand out opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Associate to join this dynamic, award-winning firm based in Cambridge.
