The team has extensive experience across the full spectrum of corporate advice including private equity and both public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets on AIM and the Full List, and investment funds.
Due to continued growth and success within their market leading Corporate practice, they are looking for M&A and Private Equity focused lawyers to join their team in London.
Main purpose of the role is to advise on mainstream corporate work for FTSE 100/250, Fortune 500 companies and private equity clients. Working closely with London-based partners.
Due to the upcoming retirement of a few partners, partner prospects will be boosted in coming years.
