The practice is Band 1 top rated for Investment Funds in Australia and is highly regarded for the establishment and marketing of new investment products across a wide range of both mainstream and alternative asset classes as well as the development of new products and their distribution. The practice is also highly rated for Mergers and Acquisitions work across the Funds Management sector and on Restructuring of Managers.

They current have a pressing need for an ambitious and commercial Senior Associate level Funds Lawyer to join their team. Candidates sought will have trained and qualified into a leading investment funds practice and in addition to strong technical skills in this area have first rate inter personal and communication skills.
