Job Details
My client is a highly rated national law firm recognised by Chambers and the Legal 500 and are seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join their Watford office. The Commercial team have a varied client base from the education, charity, technology, local government and healthcare sectors providing a range of business advice.
You will mainly deal with non contentious commercial contracts, IT and IP matters. Day to day responsibilities will include drafting documents, undertaking negotiations and supervising junior staff. You will actively participate in business development activities, promoting the firm's values to attract and retain new clients.
You will be a practising solicitor with experience of managing a caseload of commercial matters with a recognised national or regional law firm.
