Employment Consultant, Qualified Consultant Role
This firm is situated in amazing, relaxed offices in a sociable hub of London, the firm have recently moved here as they are looking to heavily expand the team over the next 12 months. They do things differently, in the sense that all fee earning staff are hired on a consulting basis and get the perk of having a great working environment and endless choice of meetings rooms, as well as having the flexibility around work and being able to work on a consulting basis so you can manage your time more freely.
This will be a consulting role within the Employment capacity, you will be the only person specialising in Employment law, however you will be in a wider successful team and have some business off the back off this. Outside of this you will be entirely responsible for your own earnings and get a very competitive percentage in the market. The firm are keen to develop people and create a great working environment, whilst allowing you to take ownership and essentially build your own business with the support of the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for more flexibility around their work and allows you to have the best of both worlds without putting yourself in a position where you have no support. You will ideally have over 3 years PQE (UK/AUS/NZ) however this is a guideline and not essential.
