Our client is a Top 30 firm with a substantial office network in the UK and full service offering to commercial clients, be they large regional businesses or PLCs. Their Corporate team in Leeds is busy and so they are looking for lawyers a NQ through to Associate level solicitor to join their team.

You'll join a well rated and ambitious team handling work for plcs and also large regional businesses.

As a corporate solicitor in this team you'll enjoy a dynamic working environment where all team members are encouraged to forge client relationships and to show initiative and to get fully involved in the life of the department.

Suitable applicants will have strong technical skills across a range of corporate work including merges and acquisitions, flotations, takeovers, corporate governance, overseas transactions, private equity transactions and shareholder agreements.

You will be coming from a recognised corporate team, though that might be in the Leeds region or equally a relocator from further afield will definitely be considered so long as they have the required practical experience.
