The firm

This firm are ranked in the legal 500 and what they have achieved in recent years is impressive. They have opened a new office and have become ranked in the several directories for the high level of expertise.

They are a full multi-service firm and have an interesting and varied client base. On the individuals side they act for Company directors, HNW individuals and have a strong name locally. On the commercial side they work across a wide array of industry sectors and work with OMB, SME right up to National companies which includes a growing roster of well-known household names.

They have an open-door policy where Partners sit amongst junior lawyers to ensure that everyone gets good exposure and career development.
Their office in Norwich is state of the art, there is a strong management team with the practice being profitable. They are currently very busy and as a result are looking to make a number of key strategic hires.

The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Partner for their Norwich office.

You will join a busy Residential Property department that has an excellent reputation within the local market and has strong relationships with local agents and other referrers. You will manage your own caseload of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, right to buy and new build properties. You will have your own office in which to work from and be encouraged to be actively involved in the firms' marketing, networking events in order to ensure further success.

You will find a strong department with formidable ties within the region, along with excellent team of support staff. You will have your own secretary enabling you to be more efficient.

Requirements

  • You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 7 year's PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
  • You will have good experience of dealing with your own caseload
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • You will have a meticulous eye for detail
  • Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, there is also a lucrative bonus structure on offer allowing you to increase your earnings
