A very well respected regional firm with town centre offices are seeking a highly experienced Solicitor to bring leadership to what is an already established and very successful Private Client Team comprising of some very experienced Solicitors, with some excellent team Assistants in support. The team are highly regarded within the region enjoying a strong and continuous pipeline of work much of which through repeat client business and referrals. The role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor with technical prowess as well as leadership qualities and the ability to develop and grow the team commercially. Being highly competent in all matters your own caseload will include Probate, Trust,Wills, LPAs, Estate and IHT planning and occasionally working with colleagues in Litigation on contentious matters. The position would suit a dynamic individual with experience who can recognise the strengths of what is already a very competent team and bring further beneficial improvements as opposed to unnecessary radical change.
