Job Details
Our client is an international organisation who are looking to expand their team in Dubai. They are looking for both a Legal Officer and a Legal Director.
The Legal Officer role is contract based and will involve working closely with clients. The Legal Manager role will involve providing sound corporate/commercial and employment advise to the business to ensure commercially and legally sound decisions are made.
For the Legal Officer role, the ideal candidate will:
- Have 1-3 years PQE*;
- Have In-House corporate experience;
- Have strong commercial contracts experience .
For the Legal Manager role, the ideal candidate will:
- Have 3-5 years PQE*;
- Have significant In-House experience within the Middle East;
- Have experience in the oil and gas sector;
- Have experience in corporate and employment law.
*Candidates outside of the stated PQE will be considered if they can show the prerequisite competencies.
