Job Details
We have been instructed by a US firm in London that specialises in the Energy and Natural Resources sectors.
The firm is looking to recruit an Associate into its Energy team that covers the financing and corporate elements of international projects with a focus on oil and gas.
As a relatively new presence in London, senior management has invested into expanding its City base in recent years, and with Energy its core focus it has already carved out a niche reputation in the industry, leveraging its extensive US operation to generate new streams of work from clients based in Europe.
Applications are welcome from junior and mid-level candidates who are working as Associates in other leading UK/US firms in London. Ideally candidates will have broad projects experience, touching on the financing/corporate elements of these transactions, and it will be advantageous to be familiar with oil and gas matters.
