The NQ season is fast upon as we approach the more traditional September qualification date so no doubt you are going through an internal process or waiting for progress within your own firm.

In this instance our client has identified the need to look externally in seeking to recruit an additional junior or NQ banking solicitor to join the ranks.

The work quality is excellent and the firm enjoys strong and deeply embedded relationships with a range of financial institutions in addition to wider corporate and real estate clients which allows for a blend of both Lender and Borrower work.

The team also has an underlying national platform that adds significant strength and depth to the practice group.

As a result from a quality of work perspective this firm has the bases covered.

Beyond that the firm also carries a well evidenced friendly and open culture and a sensible attitude to work & life balance for their people. 

The team is looking for either an NQ or recently qualified lawyer to ensure the ongoing balanced structure of the team and provide support to key members of the team. Client service delivery is very important to them and allows them to stand out among their peers and so quality of experience is important with anyone looking to join.

The ideal is someone with a minimum of 6 months transactional banking and finance experience whether corporate or real estate finance. Alternatively genuine high quality real estate experience could also provide the right foundations.
