This popular Mid-Atlantic law firm is looking to hire an experienced intellectual property lawyer with advisory experience on trademarks and copyright, and transactional experience including M&A support, and additional commercial focus on software and licensing and related contracts.
A senior level lawyer with experience of taking a key role on matters is sought, to work closely with the firm's impressive client base, operating in sectors such as consumer electronics, retail, food and beverage, fashion, luxury goods, media, technology, publishing, financial services, energy, sports and hotels and leisure sectors. There is a clear path to partnership within this team.
