The Role
The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their office in South-West Essex.
This department are featured in the Legal 500 for their property work, whereby they service an exciting range of commercial clients such as national developers and corporations, institutions and large estates. You will work closely with the corporate and commercial team on a range of property matters, developing your own client base and maintaining the existing ones. This
Requirements:
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with between 2 - 5 years PQE
- You will have excellent technical knowledge of Commercial Property matters and be able to take on an already strong caseload
- You should have excellent client care skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- You should have a meticulous eye for detail, with excellent communication skills
- Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
