Legal Counsel - Lead Data Privacy
Our client is a household name PLC seeking to strengthen its legal team with the appointment of a Data Privacy Lawyer. You will lead advice to the global group on privacy issues and oversee both strategy and general advice. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy whilst working within a large supportive legal team.
In this position, you will not only build relationships with internal stakeholders and train other legal members, but you will also work closely with external counsel.
- Qualified Solicitor (UK), minimum 3 PQE*
- Substantial experience in data privacy law
- Trained with a leading law firm
- Exceptional commercial awareness
- In-house experience would be beneficial
- Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
