With multiple offices globally, head quartered in London and an eye watering deal list in recent years within the UAE and the KSA, this heady international practice is now looking to take on a mid to senior level corporate associate or of-counsel - with a medium-term track to partnership - to operate within and throughout the KSA.  You will have a good level of corporate knowledge, but also be savvy on the commercial side and be an 'open door' for business coming through it.  Exposure to banking and IF is a useful asset, but not mandatory in this case.  What is compulsory however, is that you are able to hit the ground running and ‘hold your own’ in meetings and in a business development arena. The chance to make a name for yourself with a global ‘backer’ is real at this firm.
