Litigation – London – Legal 500 – NQ-2 PQE

Our Client, a long established top 200 law firm with offices across numerous locations in the South, is looking to grow its Litigation Team with the appointment of an Associate Solicitor.

The Team

The Litigation team is very well established with a presence in numerous offices but working together as one group. Acting for private individuals, smaller companies and large organisations, the work covers the full spectrum of commercial disputes, the team consisting of qualified arbitrators and mediators – all experienced and robust negotiators. Experts in their respective fields, they can also draw on the experience and knowledge of other specialist teams, including colleagues from corporate, employment and commercial property.

The Candidate

As the successful candidate for this opportunity, you will be required to advise and support clients on a wide range of litigation and as such should have the appropriate experience in this area.  The role will be split between commercial disputes and probate litigation, so some experience of private client litigation would be desirable but certainly not essential. Ideally you will be between NQ and 2 PQE, have a high level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills.
