The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an Senior Employment Solicitor to join a Top 100 firm in their Manchester office.
The Employment department comprises over 5 Partners across the offices, and act as a leading supplier of employment law services to the Healthcare Sector. The department comprises of leading individual who have a reputation for handling the most sensitive and high profile employment law cases!
You will be handling a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including general employment advisory work, the handling of employment tribunal claims, whistleblowing, high profile cases, advising on re-organisation and redundancy issues and the application of healthcare legislation in employment law scenarios.
Requirements
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with over 4 years' experience.
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
- Conduct tribunals and Advocacy
- You will deal with an excellent quality of work
- Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
