Job Details
Our client, a technology solutions company is looking for a Commercial/IT Legal Counsel.
The role
A broad commercial/IT role with flexible working offered.
Working with the EMEA, ANZ and Capital Markets sales teams on commercial agreements including: Master Agreements for SaaS, Partnership/Collaboration Agreements, Professional Services Agreements and NDAs.
You will also provide advice on data protection/GDPR in relation to customer and supplier negotiations.
The candidate
They are not looking for someone who has dealt with experience of all these types of agreements, but must have a solid foundation in commercial law and commercial contracts and a good understanding of data privacy laws and provisions. Ideally from a technology background.
A qualified solicitor or barrister with 0 - 2 PQE.
