The firm
The firm are seeking to hire a Senior Residential Property Solicitor into their growing Leeds City Centre office.
You will be at the forefront of this highly successful department; you will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards.
The department has grown significantly in recent years due to increased work flow. You will find that there are very strong referral sources, you will deal with a high-quality of work, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, Re-mortgages, Lease extensions and some other matters. The firm believes in people dealing with manageable caseloads and charging well for the work they do.
This role comes with good prospects and career development, for the right candidate this role has exceptional Partnership prospects.
Requirements:
- You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
- Excellent client care skills are essential
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
