They provide corporate and commercial advice to businesses and individuals both nationally and internationally. The firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor 1-5 PQE to join their Legal 500 team in Bristol.

The specialist, Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked, Employment team provides employment law advice for a mix of private and public sector clients, in particular those active in the health and education sectors. It has experience in advising on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including senior executive termination matters, breach of covenant injunction claims, TUPE outsourcing issues, and high-profile discrimination and whistleblowing tribunal litigation matters, with particular strength in advising on the implementation of external investigations into such allegations.

This will be a very hands-on role where you will get experience ahead of your years, with the opportunity to get involved with good client contact.
Due to this department growing, this role comes with excellent prospects.

  • You will be an Employment Solicitor with between 1-5 years PQE
  • A commercial, pro-active, and professional approach to work.
  • Must be self-motivated, committed to working towards goals with high enthusiasm and career commitment.
  • Salary is negotiable, above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
