The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor into their flourishing Cambridge City Centre office.

The firm have a strong reputation for Conveyancing and you will join a friendly, supportive and dynamic team that will have you dealing with high-quality work.

You will deal with your own conveyancing caseload, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Requirements

  • You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE, applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
  • You should have first-class communication skills
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
