This Real Estate focused West End practice has developed an outstanding reputation for the quality of its work, along with providing a friendly, collaborative, and supportive culture to its lawyers. The Firm are keen to leveraged referrals from their Real Estate department into further revenue streams, and are now keen to speak to senior individuals with experience in non-contentious Construction who can assist in developing this area.
The successful individual will either be an established partner seeking greater autonomy and the opportunity to build a lasting legacy within the Firm, or a Senior Associate with excellent BD skills who can maximise the relationships within the Real Estate department to secure an influx of instructions in Construction.
The successful individual will enjoy competitive remuneration including solid base, referral and billings-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits package.
