THE FIRM:
Our client is an established and expanding London law firm offering a complete range of legal services to private and commercial clients both UK and internationally based.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a residential property solicitor to join a highly regarded team working for a corporate client as an account manager.
You will handle the release of new properties on a project basis, working closely with the client and covering the full range of residential property matters..
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a residential property solicitor 2-4pqe, CILEX qualified or a Licensed Conveyancer with experience gained within a leading national or London law firm with an established residential property team.
Your experience will include residential tenancy agreements, freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions and you will be used to handling high volume work.
You will have a flexible and committed approach and be able to work under pressure, possessing exemplary communication skills (verbal and written) and good client relationship skills .
