Senior In-house Counsel - Construction
A new vacancy has recently become available for a 4-7pqe construction solicitor to join the in-house legal team, working on one of London's most iconic developments.
Based in South West London, you'll be part of an experienced team focusing on construction and infrastructure development matters and have the opportunity to leave your mark on the London skyline!
With this development valued at over £1.5 billion the Senior In-House Counsel will need hands on experience working on and advising business on all construction related matters be able to demonstrate success working with:-
- Multi- Stage JCT - design & build work, measured time, intermediate etc…
- Procurement ito construction
- Construction Management
- NEC contract suite like ECC
- Bespoke in-house contracts & contract actions
- Residential, commercial or infrastructure projects
- Finance & development knowledge
