In-House Corporate Solicitor in Manchester

A Corporate Solicitor is required for a Legal Counsel opportunity with a leading organisation in the education sector. The in-house team here is circa 5-strong, and has an additional need on the corporate side to support the Head of Legal with the organisation's activities in this area. 

This role is based in Manchester, however you would also work closely with the legal team in London. Solicitors with circa 5 years PQE or more particularly those with strong M&A exposure will be considered, and those with banking/finance experience are also encouraged to make an application. 

As Legal Counsel here you would be involved in a variety of crucial work for the organisation, inclusive of acquisitions, investments, JVs, restructurings and divestments in the UK and beyond.
