Job Details
Our Client is seeking an outstanding corporate solicitor to join its award-winning team. Our client is a booming company looking to grow their legal function. With a high degree of autonomy, you will be supporting and taking the lead on the corporate activity within the group. You will have a passion for what you do and someone who wants to help bring the future forward. A great role to shine and put your stamp on the company.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Running corporate transactions, such as funding rounds, debt and any M&A deals
- Advising on and implementing group structuring initiatives, working with the Company Secretary
- Capitalisation work and employee liquidity initiatives
- Managing investor activity
- Supporting initiatives relating to governance within the corporate group
- Advising on the legal rights and duties of the company and its directors, globally
The successful candidate will have at least seven years of post-qualification experience within financial services, working with private and public listed companies. You will have a deep understanding of running corporate transactions, both debt and equity, as well as a track record in project coordination/management and clear communication.
