One might argue that there aren't many firms left in Manchester that offer a genuinely different proposition for real estate solicitors.

We would argue that this firm is certainly able to offer an environment in Manchester which has become unique. It is a full service commercial law firm operating, nationally, but with a local feel.

The firm's clients are loyal and long standing. They operate in a diverse range of sectors and are consistently and are highly commercial and entrepreneurial - the firm tries to match this and think the same way. As a result they have been innovative in providing high quality legal advice, to bluechip clients but delivering the work in a different, more cost effective way. This has allowed their real estate presence to grow significantly.

This isn't a firm where you have to worry about time recording. Of course its there but its much more important that you are close to your clients and lawyers are encouraged to bring work in, even below Partner level.

Its a team that has no "one size fits all" policy. The range of work is diverse and while naturally one gravitates towards certain types of work, lawyers are encouraged to keep a diversity in their portfolio too. Lawyers below Partner level will be backed to go out and bring work in if they want to and encouraged and rewarded as such.

The real estate team is looking to grow further having already recruited extensively in recent times. They are interested in meeting like minded real estate lawyers at a range of levels.

You will be at 5 years PQE and looking for an opportunities where you can work collegiality, with great clients in a supportive atmosphere.
