A Cambridge-based global research and life sciences organisation is seeking an interim Legal Counsel to join the business for a period of 6 months.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will work as part of a small team to support the wider business with:

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements including Licences, Sales Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements and Distribution Agreements;
- Providing ad hoc legal advice to senior management ;
- Implementing new processes for the wider business and working with external counsel where required.

The Person

You will be an experience commercial lawyer with a good track record of providing interim support to in-house teams. Strong commercial contracts experience is crucial and any multi-jurisdictional experience would be highly beneficial.
