PQE REQUIRED: NQ – 2 Years' PQE
LOCATION: West London

THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Residential Development Solicitor to join a leading law firm and make their mark on the market. This position would suit a confident and ambitious individual who is keen to make their mark and become a vital component of the future success of the firm. The post-holder will be responsible for providing a high quality legal service to clients on all aspects the development of land by way of assistance with the acquisition and disposal of sites for residential led and mixed use development. The structure within this team means that headroom is available for ambitious and focused individuals.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Applications are sought from junior Residential Development Solicitors who are confident with all aspects of residential led development and ideally with experience of mixed use schemes. Proven technical knowledge and a track record of a broad range of property law, ideally in residential development and plot sales is required. IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and self-sufficient in using document management systems. The ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining the highest quality standards and attention to detail is essential.

Felicity Simpson – Consultant (Locum)

Following 4 years within the hospitality and sales sector, Felicity joined eNL in November 2016, after identifying legal  recruitment as an industry that interested her and  where she felt she could develop as an individual.
