The Role

The Corporate team in Sheffield represents multiple leading clients in the region and they now require a Corporate Solicitor (NQ- 4 years PQE), who is motivated, determined and task focused. If you have these qualities, then the rewards are immense, and they will offer you the highest level of work in the region.

The department is informal and relaxed; however, they are constantly working at the highest possible level. They always put the needs of their clients first and provide the best possible service in the country.

You will be granted a huge degree of autonomy and will be given full support to ensure that you are working to the very best of your abilities. Staff progress fast at the firm and some of the most recognised names in the country work in this team.

This role will offer you the opportunity to work closely with two Senior Partners as well as working with colleagues from other areas within the firm. This will offer a fantastic opportunity for you to work alongside talented professionals that will allow you to grow and develop in this exciting area of law.

The Requirements

  • NQ - 4 years PQE with a good grounding in Corporate/Commercial matters
  • Demonstrate a committed and commercial approach to your work
  • Excellent technical skills and a solid grounding in corporate and commercial law
  • A good knowledge of business and finance issues would also be expected
  • Ability to prioritise your workload and be able to work to and meet deadlines, whilst having an excellent eye for detail
