Are you a Corporate Solicitor? This firm has an international presence, with offices across Europe and Asia. They have hundreds of highly qualified legal experts working across key industry sectors and they work with some of the world's best known companies who are market leaders in their own right.
The Firm
This is a highly regarded and prestigious firm and their staff retention is incredibly high. They pay well and they deal with top end quality work. All of their Lawyers are technically strong and commercially minded, which is one reason why they are so sought after both by clients who want to work with them, and Lawyers who want to work for them.
The Role
The Corporate team provide the full spectrum of corporate services including private equity, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, fund formation and financial services.
They focus on acting for clients within the key sectors of digital business, financial services, real estate & infrastructure and energy & utilities.
The Team
The team comprises of 27 individuals, 7 of which are Partners. The team also works closely with the Corporate teams their other regional offices and their London offices, meaning that the department is made up of over 60 lawyers overall.
You will be a Corporate Solicitor 5+ years PQE. There is no upper limit to level of PQE as they're looking at even more senior hires also.
