Are you a Corporate Solictor? This firm has an international presence, with offices across Europe and Asia. They have hundreds of highly qualified Solciitors working across key industry sectors and they work with some of the world's best known companies who are market leaders in their own right.

The Role
You will be a Corporate Solicitor NQ - 5 years PQE interested in this international law firm in Bristol, Somerset.
The Corporate team provide the full spectrum of corporate services including private equity, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, fund formation and financial services.
They focus on acting for clients within the key sectors of digital business, financial services, real estate & infrastructure and energy & utilities.
The Team
The team comprises around 30 individuals and also works closely with the Corporate teams at this firm's other regional and London offices, meaning that the department is made up of over 60 lawyers overall - the collaboration achieved by this team is something that sets them apart, amongst many other things.
If you are Newly Qualified: You will have completed a seat within Corporate during training at a well-respected City or National firm. Due to the nature of the work and the structure of the team, theyare looking to appoint an Associate, although they will consider candidates with more experience.
1-5 PQE: Candidates should have a strong background and level of experience as the type of work that this firm gets is of high value and often complex so you'll need to have a good understanding.
