This highly regarded full service firm has a large and growing IP practice. They seek an additional mid-level associate with their IP Group's Contentious team. They act for some of the most well-known household names across a variety of industries and are particularly known for their work within the fashion and technology sectors.

This varied role will involve advising on disputes relating to predominantly soft IP (trade marks, designs, copyright and confidential information), although there will be the opportunity to work on patent cases as well if the candidate so wishes.

To be considered for this role you should have had a successful career to date at a well regarded City firm. You should also be able to demonstrate a commercial approach and as you will regularly be No.2 to the partner on matters you should be comfortable with client contact.
