Immigration Partner

Our clients successful Immigration Department is seeking to make an appointment at Partner level. The full service firm is well-established in the region with a strong commercial and corporate immigration offering.

A vital focus in your role as a business immigration partner will be to develop and build client relationships. Therefore the ideal candidate will be commercial minded and hold an established client network in the field.

Alongside your team, you will be advising entrepreneurs, sole representatives of overseas companies and investors on an array of business immigration matters to include: obtaining residency in the UK on their basis of their investment in the UK or establishing themselves as a business in the UK. You will also be advising non-governmental organisations, charities and schools on employment immigration compliance and on obtaining sponsor licences required for employing highly skilled migrant workers.

The successful candidate for this role will be an experienced senior associate who is seeking to take a step up in responsibility and work for a highly regarded firm or an Immigration Partner who is looking to find a healthier work-life balance and good quality work on the London market.
