This firm has offices Nationally, with state of the art working spaces, their London office is highly impressive.
They now stand at over 200 members of staff and have recently had some heavyweight Partners join the practice, further bolstering their already impressive client base.
The firm has recently had a seamless merger with a well-respected practice. You will find a very collegiate culture which has a family feel running throughout, every Partner is on hand to develop, train and mentor all levels of staff. They have many homegrown Partners, the firm has an ethos of sharing rewards, hence them having a very open Equity Partnership model, all Partners are Equity and they have a way of working which ensures that the firm remains very profitable, they continue to invest in their infrastructure and are well-managed.

The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Commercial Lawyer into their flourishing, Manchester City Centre
This corporate finance department is one of the top practices nationally outside of London. The department is highly ranked with many of the lawyers in the department being ranked by both the legal 500 and chambers.
The corporate finance team stands at over 15 lawyers, including two dedicated professional support lawyers. The team benefits from strong specialist support in intellectual property, IT, finance/banking, regulatory, employment, pensions, real estate and tax. They have significant international reach, with well-established links in the major jurisdictions in Europe and the US with tried and tested firms of similar quality and size to theirs.
Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.

Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with between 1-5 years PQE
- Excellent client care skills are essential
- Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
