Our client is an illustrious NY-headquartered firm that is on a recruitment drive into its Competition team – the team is undergoing expansion across the board, but the firm is specifically targeting trainees who are due to qualify in September 2019.

The team works on some of the most high-profile and complex transactional competition matters worldwide.  The wide range of work on offer is largely non-contentious, but the team also advises on various competition investigations and anti-trust disputes – the team caters to a diverse range of clients across a host of industry sectors including private equity, financial services, media and telecoms.

The high-quality work is accompanied by a truly rewarding salary, as the firm provides NY rates to its associates, which is one of the highest rates on offer in the market.

Applications are welcome from candidates who have completed a seat in competition at a renowned international firm in London – the seat experience will ideally lean towards the non-contentious end, although a relatively balanced split seat or even a predominantly contentious seat is also acceptable.
