Job Details
This is a fantastic opportunity for an associate to join this leading firm. Based in Cambridge, they are known for their international expertise and have a very strong reputation in the locality for their commercial and technology sectors.
The team is responsible for protecting some of the world's most exciting and well-known brands. At the heart of their practice is a dedication to delivering to-the-point advice and a global service that is a cut above the rest. The practice covers trade mark clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement and licensing.
You will ideally have experience in the following:
- Advising on trade mark filing strategies at local and international levels
- Advising on trade mark infringements
- Drafting and negotiating basic trade mark licences and associated documents
You will have a strong interest in trademarks and be looking to develop your skills and experience in brand protection whilst taking increasing responsibility and ownership of clients.
You will be given the opportunity to be involved in business development and networking. Excellent support on offer with client contact, exposure to interesting work and an environment in which you can rapidly develop your skills and knowledge.
Ideally you will have NQ-5+ PQE and applications are welcome from September 2019 qualifiers.
