Housing one of the most consistently successful property practices over the last 25 years, this smaller mid tier is looking for a junior partner to help sustain the firm's reputation in real estate, going forward. The firm has an loyal and enviable client roster and has always been characterised for its exceptionally commercial approach. Many of the partners here downsized from a top 30 firm, in search for autonomy, prospects, a sense of involvement and value within their firm - and that's precisely what they got. This isn't a position for someone without some proven track record of BD. This is for a senior associate or a junior partner who embraces responsibility and whose natural comfort zone is in the arena of client development.
