THE FIRM:
Our client is a leading regional law firm recognised by both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners legal directories for its expertise in its chosen legal areas.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a commercial litigation solicitor to join the rapidly expanding dispute resolution department to advise a range of clients from start-ups and entrepreneurs, SMEs to large corporations.
You will be working on a varied caseload handling all aspects of commercial and insolvency disputes matters under Partner supervision.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will be 4-6PQE as a commercial litigation solicitor with a proven track record gained in a national or regional firm with an established litigation team.
With a good understanding of complex litigation and possess solid problem-solving experience, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have a focussed client approach with the desire to develop business and marketing.
