This firm have just moved to a brand new larger modern office, with this growth comes very good prospects for career progression. You will join a long-established, dynamic and forward-thinking practice.

The firm

This firm has a friendly down to earth personality with a very relaxed culture. They deal with a very quality of work throughout the firm, and on the Commercial Property side, they have recently handled work on-par to much larger London firms involving a few of London's most iconic buildings including the Shard. They have 60 members of staff between 3 offices in Middlesex and Berkshire. This practice has been established for over 100 years, and they have an unprecedented staff retention rate with most having been with the firm for over ten years, it is the type of company where people tend to stay until retirement.

Culturally, they have a family feel where everyone gets on, work-life balance and flexibility runs throughout the company, with a very much adult culture where people enjoy coming into work. They are personally one of my favourite firms to deal with.

They have grown significantly in recent years attracting high calibre Lawyers. The firm is a lovely place to grow, offering an excellent springboard for progression, staff are invested in and made to feel valued.

The role

They have a new role for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join the Ascot, Berkshire office.

The department deals with a high-quality of work, they often punch above their weight and deal with transactions that on the other side of the deal are top city practices. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.

You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across a number of industry sectors ranging from SME's to National companies. The firm has a strong reputation in the restaurant, leisure and retail sectors. The caseload will include; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies.

This role would be an excellent opportunity for a candidate seeking a step-up regarding responsibility, and for the right candidate Partnership is on the cards.

Requirements

  • You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of the amount of experience)
  • This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
  • You should have good Ascot, Berkshire
  • You should have excellent communication skills and work well within a team
  • You will receive excellent training, support, and prospects
  • Salary is competitive depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive a lucrative bonus structure
