Job Details

My client, a leading Insurance company based in Central London, are looking for an M&A legal consultant to join their team for 12 months. Currently expecting an influx of corporate work, this organisation are looking to build their M&A practice in order to implement their long-term growth strategy. As such, this role offers up longevity, with the expectation that it will go permanent after the 12 month contract.

Experience in the following is essential: 

  • Top private practice training 
  • Qualified into a top corporate practice
  • In-house insurance exposure (desirable - not essential) 
  • Ability to advise non-legal stakeholders and teams
